Resin Bound Gravel

bound gravel

Resin bound gravel is a very hard wearing, low maintenance, porous surface that can be used for almost any surfacing application for residential and commercial properties.

Our resin bound gravel combines the use of natural stone aggregates (gravel) mixed with specialist polymer resins and is hand trowelled by skilled and experienced staff to give a flat smooth finish with no loose gravel.

The surface is porous and SUDS compliant so does not require planning permission and is ideal for use in heritage sites or where special requirements are needed for surface water drainage.

If your existing base is suitable, such as concrete or tarmac in reasonable condition then we may be able to simply overlay your current surface which will save you a significant investment in excavation and laying a new surface. Graveltech can also complete all of the ground works and preparation to create a new sub base for you if required and can advise you on all aspects of the installation or we are also happy to simply lay the resin finish for you if you have your own construction team.

One great advantage of the resin-base surfacing systems is their versatility. They can be used on more or less any project, or any scale, to suit any budget. Possible uses include internal flooring, driveways, paths and patios, footways, cycleways, bus lanes and road junctions, commercial properties, car parks … the list really is endless!
