COVID-19
As you are aware, Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to dominate the news and has implications for public health. We continue to follow Government guidelines and would like to advise you that we still have measures in place to ensure we are able to continue to work on your project safely and within the parameters of the law.
Our focus is on the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers, as well as our ability to continue to function as normally as possible. Currently, we are not experiencing any staffing issues.
Our main office is now a virtual office, and our staff work from home and are equipped and able to access our systems remotely and within a secure IT environment. Data protection is still of paramount importance.
For staff who work on site, we are advising them to continue to attend work but to self-isolate immediately if they show any symptoms of COVID-19. We have advised staff to contact the 111 online Coronavirus service or seek advice from a medical professional should it be necessary.
All staff are aware of the NHS advice with regards to taking precautionary measures. We require staff to practice good hygiene including frequent handwashing, limiting close contact with others, not to shake hands, keeping a safe 2-meter distance if engaging verbally with customers and covering their mouths if coughing and sneezing.
We have informed all staff to stay away from the workplace if they are unwell and to take the necessary steps to self-isolate for the recommended 7- or 14-day period depending on their living arrangements.
We have reminded all staff that they have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and to not adversely affect the health and safety of others. Staff can discuss any concerns with the Operations Director.
