Meet Our Team
Mike Peacock BSc. (Hons) – Operations Director
Mike is passionate about and has been involved in providing landscaping solutions for over 25 years. Throughout his youth he worked with his father, a tree surgeon. After attaining his BSc. (Hons) in Environmental Biology, he undertook an apprenticeship with Fiona Lawrenson (Chelsea Garden Festival Gold Medal Winner). He went on to run his own successful landscaping business, boasting an impressive client list including the Crown Estate, prior to joining forces with Rhod and creating Graveltech.
Rhodri Davies BSc. (Hons) – Sales Director
Rhodri’s BSc. (Hons) in Industrial Business Studies led him to excel for over 15 years in project management, sales and customer care, providing IT solutions to both small businesses and large corporations. Combining his experience with a natural focus on quality, customer service and creative flair, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in landscaping, driveway design and customer interaction that compliments Mike’s passion and operational excellence.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and this is exemplified by our installation team, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. Our experienced team with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction, are exceptionally hard working and help us deliver our projects to a high level of quality and to project plan timelines.
Back Office & Customer Admin Support
Our Office Manager, Verity Yates-Mercer, supports the business behind the scenes. Verity has over 30 year’s experience within the back office environment and manages the administration of each customer project ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Verity is available to offer help and support and to answer any administrative questions and queries.
